The hotel had awesome and big rooms with two floors, plenty of space, comfy beds, and a small balcony, but being in the Annexe with no elevator access was tough on my aching knees after walking around Venice all day. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly, helping us with our sightseeing plans, though the neighborhood, while quiet, was expected to offer better services and standards for the price.
